TERMS FOR RENTING A CAR

Terms for renting a car: 

• * VALID DRIVING LICENSE
• * PASSPORT ID

The car could be driven by the person who is renting it or a second driver who must be included during signing of the agreement.

Payment:

• * CASH
• * INTO COMPANY’S BANK ACCOUNT

Fuel:

The fuel cost is not included in the rental price except in case of an agreement between both parties. The car is rent with full tank and must be returned with full tank. If it is not the client will be charged with the value of the missing fuel plus a service fee.

Rates to rent a car:

The car must be rent for a minimum of 24 hours, starting from the moment of rental. Extra hours are charged.

Delivery/ Collection of the vehicle:

Delivery and collection of the car is free of charge within the limits of the city, Golden sands, St. Konstantin & Elena, Albena, Varna Airport. In cases when a client wants to rent the vehicle for travelling outside the territory of Varna he pays extra.

Our prices include:

• * UNLIMITED ITINERARY
• * ALL INSURANCES PLUS PAID ROAD TAXES

The full Auto Casco cover is not valid:

• * IN CASES OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
• * IN CASES OF ACCIDENT OR THEFT THE POLICE SHOULD BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY, OTHERWISE ALL DAMAGES WILL BE INCURRED AND COMPENSATED BY THE RENTING PARTY.

All cars are equipped with:

• * A CENTRAL LOCK-UP
• * ALARM CALL
• * CD PLAYER
• * A SPARE TYPE
• * AN EMERGENCY WARNING TRIANGLE SIGN
• * A MEDICINE-CHEST
• * A FIRE-EXTINGUISHER
• * A ROAD MAP

Free of charge, upon the request of the client the car may ne rent with:

• * A BABY SEAT
• * SNOW CHAINS

The rent of car with driver is charged extra by agreement.

Technical problems:

In case of a technical problem the client must call an employee of the company on the phone number written in the agreement.

In case of an accident:

The client must call an employee of the company using the phone number in the agreement or the police (telephone number 166, 165) to make a record.

Lost documents:

In case of lost of the car’s documents a penalty of 200 Euro must be paid.
